• coast2coastvoyage.com provides refunds to the customers as per the rules regulated by the service providers such as Airlines, hotels or car rentals. We only provide you assistance to enjoy their services but we cannot ignore their terms of refund.
• If the service provider permits us then only we can handle any refund or exchange request.
• coast2coastvoyage.com charges its commission for all the services. In case of refund the cost will be deducted before you receive your refund.

Refund Request

• The customers will only get refunds if they are eligible. The customers must adhere to the cancellation policy of the service providers. If by any chance the customers fail to follow the policy of the providers their refund request will be cancelled.
• In case the refund gets approved it will take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account depending upon the payment method you choose at the time of booking.

Refunds on Cancellation

• If you have made up your mind to cancel your booking make sure that you immediately let us know about cancellation. coast2coastvoyage.com does not charge any extra fees for the refunds. However the refundability amount will depend upon the service providers policies.
• The cancellation fee can also differ from one provider to another. The most important aspect is timing of cancellation. You will automatically receive less amount as your refund as you get closer to your travel date.

Non refundable services

• If you have purchased the tickets marked as non refundable, coast2coastvoyage.com is not liable to pay you any refund.
• Customers purchasing tickets on promotional or discounted rates are not liable to receive any refund.
• Tickets booked with the help of travel insurance premiums are not liable for refund, unless you cancel your ticket within the grace period provided by the service providers.
• If you fail to arrive at the airport (No Show) then you will not be eligible to receive any refund.

Modifications on Booking

• Booking modifications such as change of your name, travel date or destination completely depends upon the provider's policy.
• coast2coastvoyage.com only provides assistance with any of these services. We Are not liable to provide the customers any refund.
